Refund Policy – Vehicle Information Check

All reports purchased from Vehicle Information Check are digital data based services. Once a report is generated & delivered — the sale is considered final.


Refunds may be considered if:

  • Service was not delivered
  • Duplicate or incorrect payment was made
  • Order cancellation request was submitted before any processing started

Refund requests must include Order ID / Invoice Number and must be submitted within 7 business days of purchase. Approved refunds take 7–14 working days via original payment method.

Strict No‑Refund Clause

Once a report has been processed and delivered — it cannot be refunded under normal circumstances.

48 Hour Limit

Refund requests submitted after 48 hours from report delivery will not be accepted.

Data Accuracy Disclaimer

We collect data from trusted external 3rd‑party sources. We do not guarantee availability, completeness, or accuracy of all data fields. Information is provided "as available".

Disputes & Chargebacks

In case of chargeback / dispute — Vehicle Information Check reserves legal right to challenge & recover loss and damages.

Exceptional Refund Cases

We may consider refund in rare cases only:

  • Report delivered was blank or contained no usable data
  • You were charged twice for same VIN

Non‑Eligible Refund Reasons

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Data errors or missing data from external sources
  • Incomplete report due to unavailable records
  • Delay in report delivery (standard 6–12 hours)
  • Change of mind / not satisfied with results

How to Request Refund

Email us only at with subject "Refund Request" and include:

  • Full Name
  • Email used for purchase
  • Vehicle VIN
  • Reason for refund request
  • Date of purchase
  • Payment method (Stripe / Debit / Credit card)
  • Transaction ID or last 4 digits of card

Refund Review & Processing

Refund cases are reviewed within 20 business days. Approved refunds will be issued only through same payment method used at time of purchase.

Vehicle Information Check is not responsible for any decisions, losses or purchases made based on the report. The provided information is not legal or financial advice.
