Refund & Returns Policy
All reports purchased from Vehicle Information Check are digital data based services. Once a report is generated & delivered — the sale is considered final.
Refunds may be considered if:
Refund requests must include Order ID / Invoice Number and must be submitted within 7 business days of purchase. Approved refunds take 7–14 working days via original payment method.
Once a report has been processed and delivered — it cannot be refunded under normal circumstances.
Refund requests submitted after 48 hours from report delivery will not be accepted.
We collect data from trusted external 3rd‑party sources. We do not guarantee availability, completeness, or accuracy of all data fields. Information is provided "as available".
In case of chargeback / dispute — Vehicle Information Check reserves legal right to challenge & recover loss and damages.
